St. Francis Xavier Parish offers faith formation for youth and adults wishing to enter the church, as well as parishioners of all ages.
Religious Education

Classes are offered weekly on Wednesday evenings from August through May. First Communion Classes are offered from 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Wednesday evenings in Building C, on the Saint Francis Xavier School Campus. Youth Ministry for Grades 9-12 (SPARK) Becky Keating, Coordinator 785-238-2998 Sessions are offered weekly for grades 9-12 on Sunday evenings from August through May. Confirmation Confirmation is offered from 6:30 - 8:00 PM on Wednesday evenings in Building C, on the Saint Francis Xavier School Campus. Confirmation is a mandatory 2 year process beginning in 8th grade. |
Bible Study
Lee and Deb Breidenstein, Coordinators 785-762-7852 A weekly bible study is offered on Sunday mornings from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the basement of Building A from September through May. RCIA Father Kyle Berens, Pastor & Coordinator 785-238-2998 Classes are offered weekly on Sunday afternoons from 2-4pm, beginning Sept. 9, for any who desire to learn more about the Catholic faith beginning in September and concluding with initiation at the Easter Vigil Mass.
